Pleiades Outlaw Wrestling (POW)
 
The POW, written by Mark Ashby, is the federation in the COTG universe with the most emphasis on one-on-one combat.  Not only do the fighters compete in wrestling matches, they clash in mixed-martial arts contests, too!
 
From game years 2109 through 2121, the POW operated as the Colby-Pelf Corporation (CPC), comprised primarily of former GWF wrestlers who made the move after the CPC officially split from that league.  Over time its own home-grown stars were born, many of whom had prior backgrounds in mixed-martial arts.  When the CPC's owners chose to sell their federation to Faustus Grael (a promoter from the Pleiades system) in late 2121, Grael resurrected the POW name from a long-defunct league and placed more emphasis on MMA contests the fans had grown to love.
 
Factions are non-existent in the POW, with at most only two fighters forming tag teams.  There are the most heroic of heroes and the most villainous of villains, but most others lie in the gray area called life as we know it. 
 With the POW, you can choose to have all wrestling matches, all MMA matches, or a combination of both!  YOU control the wild action that these outlaws bring each and every time out!
