MARK ASHBY

Mark Ashby has been a key contributer to Champions of the Galaxy for many years. He began as a loyal game fan who started an influential newsletter called The GWF Super Report. When Filsinger Games began producing its own official game newsletter, GWF Promoter, Mark became the editor and a regular contributer. He worked for the Promoter continuously from its inception in 1990 until 2005.

Mark is also the writer for the CPC game series. The CPC editions began as a spin-off of the GWF mythology after a huge inter-federation war that took place from 2105-2108. Tom wrote the first CPC game edition, CPC Classics 2109, then handed the reigns to Mark beginning with CPC Classics 2112. The CPC game editions have been produced continuously with Mark handling the writing chores since that time and the series has gained a loyal fan following.

Mark is also a regular guest at GalactiCon game conventions, holding court with game fans as he discusses the goings-on in the CPC. Mark's place in the Filsinger Games pantheon is very significant and his contributions are well appreciated.

Mark resides with his family in Rawling, Maryland.
