GALACTICON 2005
Jamestown, New York, July 9-10, 2005!

Is this eerie or what? Todd "Tournament Master" Joerchel does a creepy Nosfera imitation while he's introduced by Gary Michael Cappetta for the finals of the Trivia Challenge as Joe Scully maintains his game face.

In an incredible battle, Joe Schully became the new Trivia Champion and is congratulated by Todd. Three-time champion, Pete Fusco, was eliminated in the semi-finals. Watch for an explosion next year at GalactiCon 2006!

Kris Osk fielded questions about aCe at his first-ever Q & A session. He announced some cool news about the fed and already there's excitement about aCe 2120, due in January!

Kevin Knipe was in the house! Kevin brought along a cool collage of the four Limited Edition Color Cards for Disaster, Thantos, Hawk, and Animal. His display featuring his creatives works was great.

Tom's Q & A was much longer than usual and it's no wonder considering there was Subversion 2120 to talk about as well as rumors and discussion about Legends of Wrestling. Tom is at the far left.

Tom was often seen signing copies of his book, The Dark Menace of the Universe, which was officially released at GalactiCon. The reviews so far have been very positive from loyal game promoters. Mike Melesky and Holly Filsinger look on. Photo by Ty States.

Mark Ashby entertained fans at GalactiCon with his discussion about CPC Savagery 2120 and his speculations about the future of the CPC.

Neal Nelson, dressed to kill in his Thunder guise, talks about the playing card he created for Rush. This unique Special Edition card for a cruiserweight Gladiator was released at the convention. Also pictured is Kevin Wible. Photo by Ty States.

Legendary wrestling ring announcer, Gary Michael Cappetta, entertained attendees with inside stories about the WWF and WCW and then took the time to give away autographed photos as well as signing his book, Bodyslams.

When it all comes down to it, GalactiCon is really all about the love of the game, and attendees scheduled several tournaments and enjoyed the relaxing surroundings at the Sheldon House.
